Loofah is a dried gambas/oyong/blustru that is useful for washing dishes and cleansing the body.

How to use:
1. Soak the loofah in hot water for the first time to loosen it.
2. Pour soap onto the loofah.
3. The loofah is ready to use. It can be cut into several pieces as needed. 4. Once worn out, loofahs can be composted because they are naturally biodegradable and environmentally friendly, unlike plastic sponges, which cannot.

Loofahs can be used until worn out, or they can be replaced regularly every 1-2 months.
